Complimentary 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty

We offer a 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase covering any authentic manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.

  • What’s Covered: Loose prongs, defective clasps/closures, or structural imperfections in the metal upon arrival.
  • What’s Excluded: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear (including scratches, dents, misshapen bands), accidental damage, gemstone loss due to impact trauma, or improper storage and exposure to chemicals.
The Third-Party Policy (Critical)

To maintain the structural integrity of your jewelry, any repair, resizing, or alteration performed by a third-party jeweler outside of ARIS FINE STUDIO will immediately void your warranty.

Lifetime Maintenance & Paid Repairs

Fine jewelry thrives on proper care. We are always happy to service your ARIS pieces beyond the warranty period or for non-covered repairs:

  • Complimentary Lifetime Cleaning: Bring your ARIS piece to our Soho Showroom anytime for a professional ultrasonic cleaning and prong inspection.
  • Out-of-Warranty Repairs: For accidental damage or vintage restoration, our design team will assess the piece and provide a repair quote (plus shipping/taxes) for your approval before work begins.
