Guardian begins with your pet’s story. You’ll share photos, personality traits, favorite expressions, and meaningful memories, along with any colors, flowers, symbols, or gemstones you would like to include. Our designers translate these details into an original composition that reflects both your pet and the relationship you share. From gemstone selection and design development to CAD and final craftsmanship, our team will guide you through each stage of the process.

Guardian pieces typically require approximately 6–10 weeks after the final design and CAD are approved. The timeline may vary depending on design complexity, gemstone sourcing, material availability, and craftsmanship. Designs featuring multiple pets, intricate sculptural details, or special gemstones may require additional time. If your piece is intended for a birthday, anniversary, or another meaningful date, we recommend starting the process early.

Yes. Photos are an important starting point for every Guardian design. Our designers study your pet’s facial features, expressions, posture, markings, and other recognizable details, while also considering the personality and memories you share with us. Clear photos from different angles are especially helpful in allowing us to understand your pet more fully.

Yes. A Guardian piece can be created to celebrate more than one companion. Depending on the number of pets and the jewelry format, we will consider their placement, scale, gemstones, and surrounding elements to create a balanced composition. Each pet can be represented through its own expression, pose, or meaningful detail while remaining part of one cohesive design.

Yes. Gemstones are selected together with you and can be inspired by your pet’s personality, coloring, birthstone, favorite colors, or a meaningful memory. We can source sapphires, spinels, chrysoberyls, emeralds, rubies, diamonds, and other gemstones depending on your preferences and budget. For diamonds, both natural diamonds and high-quality lab-grown diamonds are available for custom projects. Our team will recommend stones that work beautifully with both the design and the story behind your piece.

Guardian is not intended to be a literal or photographic replica of your pet. Instead, we focus on the features that make your companion recognizable—their expression, posture, markings, personality, and the small details you remember most. These characteristics are interpreted through ARIS Fine Studio’s design language and the possibilities of fine-jewelry craftsmanship. Slight differences are natural, particularly as details such as fur texture and expression are shaped and finished by hand.

An appointment is recommended, but you may also begin by contacting our team and sharing your initial ideas and pet photos. We offer 30-minute private consultations both at our New York studio and virtually for clients worldwide. During the consultation, we can discuss your pet’s story, preferred design direction, gemstone options, budget, and timeline. Our team will then guide you through the next steps.
