Shipping & Delivery

ARIS Fine Studio offers complimentary worldwide shipping with duties and taxes included.

Ready-to-ship pieces are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces will be shipped once production and final quality inspection are complete.

Please note that complimentary shipping does not include shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your shipment, please contact us before dispatch to arrange additional coverage.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.
International Shipping

International orders are shipped through trusted international carriers and generally arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

All international orders include duties and taxes. However, customs procedures may occasionally result in delays beyond our control. Certain destinations, including mainland China, may require additional processing time.

Shipping insurance is not included and may be purchased separately upon request.
Returns

We want you to feel confident in your ARIS purchase. Eligible ready-to-ship pieces may be returned for store credit within seven business days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us promptly at 332-277-0216 or info@arisjewelry.co with your order details and reason for return.

Returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by ARIS Fine Studio.

The following purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Bespoke and customized designs
  • Rings that have been resized
  • Earrings
  • International orders
  • Pieces marked as Final Sale

Shipping insurance and other additional service charges are non-refundable.
