Will the vintage/oxidized finish of the jewelry fade over time?
Our unique vintage texture and coloring are achieved through specialized craftsmanship and legal stabilizing treatments. While normal wear over many years may create a beautiful, personalized patina, it will not fade or rub off easily. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and ultrasonic cleaning for pieces with specific antique finishes.

How long does it take to complete a bespoke piece?
The entire production and design cycle typically takes approximately 4–6 weeks (roughly 1 to 2 months)
What if I am not in New York? Can the custom process be fully completed online?
Yes, absolutely. A significant portion of our global clientele completes their bespoke journey online. We offer comprehensive virtual consultations via video calls and WeChat, and we use high-definition videos, 3D renderings, and precise scale photos to ensure you can inspect the gemstone fire and design details flawlessly from anywhere in the world.
Can engagement rings and wedding bands be designed together as a matching set?
Yes. Many of our bridal designs are developed in pairs to ensure the two pieces complement each other in visual harmony, proportion, and structural fit. This allows them to look stunning when worn individually or nested beautifully together.
Delivery, Care & Sizing
How do I receive my completed custom jewelry?
Once completed, your fine jewelry can be securely shipped worldwide, or you may choose to pick it up privately at our SoHo Showroom.
What if the ring size doesn't fit perfectly upon arrival?
We offer resizing services for most of our ring designs. You may securely ship the piece back to our studio for adjustment. Please contact our concierge team before sending it, and we will evaluate the specific design to discuss the corresponding resizing fees and logistics.
How should I care for my high-end colored gemstones at home?
Fine jewelry thrives on gentle care. Avoid wearing your jewelry during strenuous exercise, swimming, or while applying lotions and perfumes. To clean at home, use lukewarm water, mild dish soap, and a very soft-bristled toothbrush. Gently pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

Because ARIS bespoke creations are tailored strictly to personal stories and individual specifications, all custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged once production begins.
