What is the difference between bespoke, made-to-order, and ready-to-ship pieces?

How long does it take to create a custom piece?
- The timeline depends on the complexity of the design, gemstone sourcing, and craftsmanship requirements.
Generally:
-Bespoke jewelry: approximately 8–16 weeks
-Made-to-order pieces: approximately 6–10 weeks

What gemstones does ARIS use?
- ARIS Fine Studio specializes in natural colored gemstones, including sapphires, emeralds, rubies, spinels, tourmalines, aquamarines, and other exceptional stones.
- Each gemstone is carefully selected based on its color, quality, rarity, origin, and how it complements the final design.
- ARIS believes that every gemstone carries its own character and story, making each piece truly unique.
Do you offer natural diamonds or lab-grown diamonds?
- Yes. For diamond center stones and accent diamonds, ARIS offers both natural diamonds and high-quality lab-grown diamonds.
- For bespoke pieces, clients may choose the option that best matches their preferences, values, and budget.

How are gemstones priced?
- Gemstone pricing varies depending on the gemstone type, size, origin, color, clarity, treatment, and rarity.
- Most gemstones used in ARIS designs range approximately from $698 to $4,500.
- Exceptional collector-grade gemstones, including unheated royal blue sapphires, Colombian emeralds, and pigeon blood rubies, may range from $4,500 to $20,000+.
- Before beginning a bespoke project, our team will discuss your preferences and budget, and help you select the gemstone that best matches your vision.
Are gemstones certified?
- ARIS provides a complimentary gemstone certificate from CGRL for applicable gemstones.
- If you require certification from a specific internationally recognized gemological laboratory, additional fees will apply.
- The certification process typically takes approximately 1–3 months depending on the selected laboratory, gemstone type, and examination requirements.

shipping & aftercare
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. ARIS ships worldwide. All jewelry is carefully packaged and shipped with insurance. International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties and import taxes.

What is your warranty policy?
