Begin with a short questionnaire designed to understand your story, preferences, and creative direction. Through the ARIS VOW design language, each piece is shaped around personal meaning, materiality, and form.
Following submission, our VOW team will connect to discuss budget, gemstones, inspirations, and overall design direction.
Consultation & Direction
Once the project begins, a deposit of approximately 30% will initiate the design process.
ARIS VOW consultant will arrange a private consultation, either virtually or at the SoHo showroom. The conversation explores lifestyle, symbolism, aesthetics, and the emotional context behind the piece before entering development.
Design Development
Our VOW team translate each story into jewelry through a distinct sculptural language.
Two to three initial concepts are developed from the selected inspirations and refined collaboratively through feedback and revision. The design phase typically takes 5–7 days.
Craftsmanship & Delivery
Each piece is handcrafted by artisans in Hong Kong and New York.
Following final approval, production typically requires 4–6 weeks. Completed pieces may be securely shipped or collected privately from the SoHo showroom.

How does the bespoke process work?
Each piece begins with a consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and timeline. From there, the process moves through stone selection, design development, and refinement before final creation.
How long does it take to create an engagement ring or wedding band?
The typical timeline ranges from four to eight weeks, depending on design complexity and material selection.
Can I use my own gemstone or repurpose an existing piece?
Yes. Existing gemstones or heirloom pieces can often be incorporated into a new design, depending on condition and suitability.
Do you offer redesign or upgrades for existing rings?
Yes. Aris Fine Studio provides redesign and upgrade services to adapt pieces over time, allowing them to evolve with new milestones.
Where are the pieces made?
Each piece is handcrafted in New York, with careful attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Do I need an appointment to begin?
Yes. Consultations are available both in-person at the SoHo showroom and virtually.
Can engagement rings and wedding bands be designed together?
Yes. Many designs are developed as a pair to ensure visual and structural harmony between both pieces.
