Following submission, our VOW team will connect to discuss budget, gemstones, inspirations, and overall design direction.

02 Consultation & Direction

Once the project begins, a deposit of approximately 30% will initiate the design process.

ARIS VOW consultant will arrange a private consultation, either virtually or at the SoHo showroom. The conversation explores lifestyle, symbolism, aesthetics, and the emotional context behind the piece before entering development.

03 Design Development

Our VOW team translate each story into jewelry through a distinct sculptural language.

Two to three initial concepts are developed from the selected inspirations and refined collaboratively through feedback and revision. The design phase typically takes 5–7 days.

Each piece is handcrafted by artisans in Hong Kong and New York.

Following final approval, production typically requires 4–6 weeks. Completed pieces may be securely shipped or collected privately from the SoHo showroom.
