To preserve the brilliance and longevity of your pieces, we recommend the following care instructions:

Daily Care

  • Remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering, or exercising.

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and household chemicals—these may dull gemstones and metals.

  • Last on, first off: put on your jewelry after getting dressed, and remove it before undressing.

Storage

  • Store each piece separately in its original pouch or a soft-lined box to avoid scratches.

  • Avoid storing in humid environments. A dry, fabric-lined jewelry box is ideal.

  • Keep chains fastened and lay them flat to prevent tangling.

Cleaning

  • For routine care, gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear.

  • To clean at home, soak your jewelry in lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap. Use a soft toothbrush to remove any residue. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

  • Avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless your piece is diamond-only and does not contain pearls, emeralds, opals, or other soft stones.

Gemstone & Metal Specifics

  • Diamonds: Durable but still benefit from gentle cleaning to restore sparkle.

  • Pearls: Organic and porous—avoid water, heat, and chemicals. Wipe gently after wear.

  • Emeralds / Opals / Tourmalines: Sensitive to sudden temperature changes and impact. Avoid soaking.

  • 18K Gold & Platinum: Resistant to tarnish but still prone to scratches. Clean and polish gently.
