At Aris Jewelry, we put our heart and soul into crafting each piece with the utmost care and attention to detail. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you might want to return or exchange a product. Before placing your order, please take a moment to read our return and exchange policy below:
Return & Exchange Policy
If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected or you’d like to exchange an item, simply email us at info@arispearl.co, and we’ll provide a return label. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the jewelry must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the item and everything checks out, we’ll issue a full refund, minus a $25 shipping fee, back to your original form of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card’s billing cycle, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
For exchanges or store credits, we’ll cover the return label and delivery fees, and issue store credits equal to the value of your original order.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Sale items
- Custom orders
- Discounted items
- Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Quality Issues
If you experience any quality issues with your jewelry, we’re here to help. We offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery if there’s a problem with the quality. Just reach out to us at info@arispearl.co, and we’ll take care of it.
