At Aris Jewelry, we take pride in crafting each piece with care and precision. As a small team, every order requires significant time and effort, so we kindly ask you to read this policy carefully before placing your order.

While we do not offer refunds, we provide in-store credits, which can be used for future purchases. Please review our policy below before completing your order.

48-Hour Decision Period

We offer a 48-hour window for you to decide if you love your jewelry.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (excluding sale items, custom orders, international orders, pre-orders, or vintage pieces), you can request a return label and receive in-store credit that can be used anytime in the future.

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via:

In-Store Credit Policy

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Jewelry must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging. 
  • A $15-$25 shipping fee from the initial delivery will be deducted from the in-store credit amount.
  • In-store credits can be used for any future purchase at Aris Jewelry.

International Orders

  • Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees related to international shipments. These costs are not covered by Aris Jewelry.
  • No Exchanges or Credits After Shipping: Once an international order is shipped, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or guarantee package status.
  • Pre-Shipping Confirmation: Before dispatching your order, we will confirm shipping details and answer any questions about customs or shipping terms to ensure transparency.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned for in-store credit:

  • Sale items
  • Custom orders
  • Pre-order items
  • Vintage items
  • International orders

Quality Issues & Repair Policy

We stand by the quality of our jewelry and offer free repairs in most cases. However:

  • No exchanges or refunds will be provided for quality issues.
  • Repairs are free of charge, except in the following cases:
    • A part of the jewelry is lost (e.g., a missing gemstone).
    • A size adjustment increases material use (e.g., resizing to a larger size).
  • If additional materials are required, we will only charge for the material cost.

Shipping & Insurance Policy

We ship via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day Shipping with signature required. 99.99% of our packages are successfully delivered as long as the address is correct. However, for orders over $1,000, we strongly recommend adding shipping insurance before we ship.

Without insurance, we cannot be responsible for lost packages. If you would like to add insurance or remove the signature requirement for an order over $1,000, please contact us before placing your order to make arrangements.
